Payment

• Paypal is the only accepted method for orders online.
• You must be 18 years or older to order a collar. If you are a minor, a parent or legal guardian must order for you.
• For custom orders, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the full price of the collar, before making the collar. The other 50% shall be paid when the collar is finished and shown to the customer. Once the full price of the collar has been paid, the collar will be shipped to the customer.
• Regular, non-custom collars shall be ordered as usual, by paying the full price up front over Paypal. The collar will then be shipped.

Shipping

• Custom collars may take 4-6 weeks to arrive, as they take more time to make.
• Non-custom collars will take 2-4 weeks to ship.

Returns/Refunds

• Collar must be broken upon arrival to receive a refund.
• You may return non-custom collars, for a full refund, minus shipping, within 14 days of receiving it.
• For custom collars, all sales are final, as this was a collar custom-made and sized for a specific dog. You are free to resell your collar if you do not want it anymore.
• Any collar that fails mechanically (hardware falls off or breaks) at no fault of the customer can be returned for repair free of charge.
• There is NO refund if the dog chews up/eats the collar as that is a training issue.

Safety

• Any dog owner who crates, pens, or leaves a dog outside unsupervised with a collar on does so at their own risk. Any crated, penned, or outside dog wearing ANY collar, unless it is a breakaway collar, runs the risk of strangulation.
  
  Be safe, and take your dog's collar off before crating or penning. If your dog needs its tags outside without supervision, please use a breakaway for those times, or get your dog microchipped, for your dog's sake.
